Résumé / Abstract
12 malades atteints de sarcoïdose pulmonaire sont traités par la prednisone (40 mg/j). Au cours des mois l'amélioration clinique s'accompagne de modifications objectives: capacité vitale forcée, taux sérique d'enzyme convertissant l'angiotensine, de gammaglobuline, scintigraphie au gallium 67, vitesse de sédimentation, pourcentage de lymphocytes dans le liquide de lavage broncho-alvéolaire
