2 patientes âgées de 58 et 62 ans, atteintes de polyarthrite rhumatoïde ont développé une myasthénie oculaire induite par la pénicillamine. L'arrêt du traitement a conduit à la résolution des symptômes. Ces deux malades avaient l'antigène HLA-DR1
