Chez les malades atteints de leucémie aiguë soumis à la chimiothérapie la récupération de la moelle osseuse influence considérablement l'évolution clinique et rectographique de l'aspergillose pulmonaire invasive. L'apparition d'un nombre de granulocytes supérieur à 500 mm
3 est associée à une excavation pulmonaire et parfois une hémoptysie massive
