Résumé / Abstract

L'isolement d'A. fumigatus ou d'A. flavus dans les voies respiratoires d'un malade avec leucémie et/ou neutropénie a une grande valeur prédictive d'infection invasive. Un traitement empirique par l'amphotéricine B doit être envisagé chez ces malades sans exiger un diagnostic tissulaire
