Résumé / Abstract
391 sujets ayant subi un traitement intensif pour maladie de Hodgkin sont suivis pendant des durées allant jusqu'à 15 ans. Le risque de leucémie ou pré-leucémie dépend de 2 facteurs: l'âge du malade (risque proportionnel au carré de l'âge) et la dose cumulative d'agents alkylants (ce risque augmente progressivement entre 1 an et 10 ans après le traitement)
