Résumé / Abstract

We report studies examining the liver clearance and biliary excretion of enalapril, lisinopril, perindopril and ramipril in an isolated perfused rat liver model. In addition we have investigated the formation and biliary excretion of acyl glucuronides of these inhibitors in this model. These studies have also allowed us to examine the influence of structure of these inhibitors of their disposition
