Résumé / Abstract

Total skin electron (TSE) radiation methods are complex and technically demanding. Despite a potential problem of heterogeneity of dose within the target volume, they have proven effective in managing most patients with mycosis fungoides, as confirmed by data from Stanford, Hamilton, and many other centers. How best to optimize the technique, and what role TSE should have in the management of this disease remain to be determined.
