Résumé / Abstract

A patient with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type II who developed cutis laxa of the lower back in childhood is reported. Cutis laxa is an uncommon complication of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) usually occurring in later life.' We report a patient with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type II (mitis) who developed cutis laxa. This patient is highly unusual as the onset of cutis laxa was in childhood, and the lax skin is localized to an area across the lower back.
