Résumé / Abstract

Three new subfamilies of the suborder Miliolina are described based on the specific features of their test and apertural structure. The subfamily Elasigellinae (family Spiroloculinidae, type genus Elasigella Sirel 1999) differs from the other spiroloculinids in its test, which is subcircular in outline, with several tubular chambers per whorl and additional lamellae of the inner edges of the chambers covering the earlier whorls. It differs from Vidalina (Comuspiridae), which possesses the similar lamellae, in the presence of true chambers and in an inner apertural tooth. The subfamily Pseudoschumberininae (family Quinqueloculinidae, type genus Pseudoschlum-bergerina Cherif 1970) differs from the subfamily Quinqueloculininae in its schlumbergerine arrangement of chambers with up to seven chambers visible from the exterior, from the other quinqueloculinids - in its schlum-bergerine character and the structure of the aperture (with the inner tooth instead of a flap brtrematophore). The subfamily Kayseriellinae (family Hauerinidae, Hechtininae, Flintinellinae, Nummoloculininae, and Polysegmentininae in the presence of uncoiled rectilinear part (and from the latter subfamily also in the absence of additional sutural apertures). The subfamily differs from the family Danubiellinae with a rectilinear part in the presence of inner apertural structures. The genus Kayseriella has teeth in the aperture of its coiled part and inner ribs in the aperture of its uncoiled part, which also distinguish it from all the other subfamilies of the family.
