Résumé / Abstract

Engineers sometimes face a regulatory challenge when designing systems to treat storm water before it is released into water bodies. When this challenge is coupled with the system capacity requirements of a densely populated development, the use of storm water ponds for treatment is not always desirable, or feasible.
