Résumé / Abstract

The representations of university students about the pedagogic relationship with their professors and their Influence on perception of their own learning are analyzed. Qualitative methodology allows to detect four theoretical-analytical categories in which students describe the performance of the professors throughout educative process: a) personality, b) knowledge, c) didactic abilities, d) interaction forms in the classroom. Even though it was found a diversity of representations, the results show that substantial differences exist between student's expectancies and the ways in which they have lived their relationship with theirs professors, they describe asymmetric relations between teachers and students, that at the same time have affected their appreciations about their own learning.
