Résumé / Abstract

The fallout of trace elements (Al, As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb, Se, V and Zn) in two potentially polluted areas and in the entire province of Gorizia were evaluated by simultaneous analysis of mosses and soils. In mosses, concentration of all trace elements but Cd and Pb were higher than average values detected in Italy. In soils, except As, concentration of metals was below legal values. Calculated deposition rates were between 0,2 (Hg) and 104 (Zn) g ha^-1 y^-1. These values describe a low anthropogenic pressure.
